Anj is the director of Rural Heights Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board (NZPB). Anj is also a farmer and runs a dairy farm in the heart of the Waikato. Anj offers psychological assessment and therapy for individuals, experiencing mental health difficulties, using several therapeutic modalities: including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Schema Therapy. Anj specialises in rural mental health.
